Mission

To establish and develop a suite of living interactive websites under the "Living Brand" label that, in conjunction with forthcoming books, will stimulate the intellectual and gastric juices as well as entertain.

Milestones

Establish the basic web structure (done)

Develop and build on this structure (ongoing)

Complete the draft manuscript of my favourite recipes and anecdotes of my travels around the world (done)

Commence work on other proposed manuscripts covering amongst others; Swedish cuisine, fraud cases, best practice with respect to establishing and running an audit department (ongoing)

Core Beliefs

The internet is one of mankind's greatest inventions, it offers a portal into an unrestricted, uncensored world that transcends national boundaries; where everyone can express and exchange ideas, experiences, hopes, fears and desires.

Mankind only betters itself, and evolves, when ideas and conventions that represent the status quo are openly challenged. Even if the challenges are proven to be false and misleading, the very act of making one take a fresh look at oneself stimulates and freshens the mind.

The internet, by the very nature of the above, is a two edged sword; unrestricted, uncensored access allows mankind's baser instincts, repressed by social and political conventions, to come to the surface and be copied, amplified and perverted.

In light of the above it is not the policy of the site to knowingly publish, disseminate or in any other way publicise literature that incites racial, religious or gender hatred.

It is the policy of the site to encourage an interactive, uncensored, exchange of ideas and opinions on any issue that visitors may choose to raise (notwithstanding the above).
